Today, the investment firm "BTC Broker" ranks among the top five domestic stock brokers in the Ukrainian stock market by securities trading volume and the number of active clients - individuals and legal entities. The company holds all the necessary licenses and permits from the NSSMC to carry out professional activities in the Ukrainian capital market as a broker, dealer, and depository institution.

The investment firm was founded in 2011, and in 2017 acquired new owners, underwent rebranding, and changed its name to LLC "BTC Broker". With the arrival of the new team, the company strengthened its brokerage division, improved business processes, and expanded its range of investment services for private and corporate clients.

In 2019, "BTC Broker" became one of the few Ukrainian investment firms to provide Ukrainian investors with access to the US stock market through a sub-brokerage model of cooperation with a foreign partner broker. In the same year, the company was the first in Ukraine to ensure the listing of Apple shares on the Ukrainian Exchange and acted as a market maker for this issuer.

Since October 2022, "BTC Broker" became the first broker to provide the opportunity to purchase military bonds through the "Diia" application, immediately after the launch of the respective service by the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine.
